About the Role

FOREVER is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily order processing and media conversion operations. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities will include converting various types of media, handling intakeย and organization processes, completing transactions, and ensuring timely shipment ofย client orders on a daily basis. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must be adept atย working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client and company materials.
  • Receive, inventory, and enter client orders into our system.
  • Prepare and ship completed client orders in a timely manner.
  • Digitize client materials on all media platforms used by FOREVER, Inc.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with all departments within FOREVER, Inc.
