Position Summary
As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You'll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur.
