Job Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Operations Strategist to serve as a Market Support Region Lead, helping stabilize markets, improve operational performance, and support publisher success across internally managed magazines.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve market performance, lead publisher transitions, and implement operational improvements that drive long-term success.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead market recovery efforts for underperforming markets and develop action plans that improve operational performance.
  • Manage publisher transitions and oversee critical operational workflows to ensure business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with independent contractors, field leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market performance, communicate progress, and drive accountability for measurable results.
Requirements:
