RECO Equipment is looking for a driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations and lead performance across operations, financials, and team development. This role is key to driving profitability, strengthening customer relationships, and growing our regional footprint.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

  • Lead operations across multiple branches
  • Drive P&L performance and profitability
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Build strong customer relationships and grow business
  • Partner with sales to expand equipment, parts, and service revenue
  • Resolve escalated customer and manufacturer issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven multi-site operations leadership experience
