Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Office Administrator for its PCI Dallas 114 operations based in Midlothian, TX. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:ย
- Assist in payroll process and accounts payable.ย
- Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service.ย
- New employee orientation.ย
- Process travel and expense requests.ย
- Assist in customer billing and collection of past due accounts.ย
- Assist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed.ย
Basic Requirements:ย
- Minimum of 1 year of office administration experience.ย
- Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.ย
- Ability to work in team environment.ย
- Strong oral and written communication skills.ย
- Strong customer service skills.ย
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.ย
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.ย
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.ย
Preferred Requirements:ย
- Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred.ย
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.ย
- Local to the DFW metro area is preferred.ย
