Begin your career working with some of the top civil engineering experts in the industry. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Traffic Engineer, Entry Level to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.
B&N Traffic Engineer, Entry Level Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on a project team on all aspects of traffic engineering, including signal designs, signs and marking designs, ITS, and studies.
  • Manage and coordinate project drawings using MicroStation, OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineering staff on technical challenges while adhering to task performance indicators, budgets, and schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
  • Engineer-in-Training certification preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
