Manufacturing Operator – Hot Punch Operator – Manufacturing | East Longmeadow, MA 

Pay & Schedule 

$21.00 Monday- Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Job Overview 

We are hiring Hot Punch Operators to support a high-volume manufacturing environment producing metal components for tool and storage products. 

This role involves operating equipment that punches, stamps, and forms metal parts to precise specifications. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Operate hot punch press and metal forming equipment 

  • Feed and handle metal materials during production 

  • Punch, stamp, and shape metal parts to specifications 

  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy 

  • Use measuring tools to ensure tolerances are met 

  • Maintain clean and safe work areas 

  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements 

Work Environment 

  • Fast-paced manufacturing setting 

  • Exposure to heat and heavy machinery 

  • Physically active (standing, lifting, repetitive motion) 

  • Safety-focused environment with strict PPE requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
