Position Summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator/HR Executive to support recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, HR recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration at our Marlborough, Massachusetts office.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential candidate and employee information with professionalism and discretion.


Requirements

  • 1 or more years of professional experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or professional administration.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases for real-time personnel record management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for maintaining complex operational trackers and administrative follow-up lists.
  • Experience with multi-calendar coordination and technical interview scheduling logistics for diverse panels.
  • Experience in executing end-to-end onboarding workflows and pre-employment compliance background checks.
  • Experience with conducting HR documentation audits and managing confidential digital personnel repositories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional candidate and stakeholder engagement.
