Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to lead customer engagement efforts across retail and event environments. This position combines sales performance, customer service, and creative marketing initiatives. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys face-to-face communication, and takes pride in achieving measurable results.


What You’ll Do

Drive Sales

  • Engage with customers in retail stores and event venues to promote products and services
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through consultative selling and product demonstrations
  • Educate customers on product features and provide personalized recommendations
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, clients, and vendor partners

Marketing and Promotions

  • Assist with planning and executing in-store and event marketing campaigns
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, local events, and pop-up activations

Customer Experience

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer
  • Resolve inquiries quickly and effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience

Event Execution

  • Support coordination of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site engagement
