• Deliver therapeutic sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to their unique needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review cases and develop effective treatment strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Assist in formulating treatment plans and evaluating client progress, adjusting approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Participate actively in weekly supervisor-led training and peer review sessions to foster your growth and understanding of effective therapeutic practices.

As an Associate Mental Health Therapist, your work will directly impact a diverse population that spans various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults with a range of diagnosed conditions. The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
