Position Summary:

The Appointment Escort provides personalized support by safely accompanying residents to medical appointments and outings while ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Escort residents safely to and from medical appointments and community outings
  • Assist with transportation coordination and ensure timely arrival
  • Support appointment check-in and navigation within medical offices
