PAP Resupply Caller (Inside sales)

Concord, NC

Carolina’s Hometown Respiratory is currently seeking a full-time PAP Resupply Caller (Inside sales) for our Concord, North Carolina location. In this role, you will contact customers to obtain orders for replacement supplies for PAP Devices, follow policies and procedure to fulfill those orders.

  • Base pay rate is $13.00/hr. Achieving minimal performance standard equals $20/hr with base pay + bonus.  There is NO cap on bonus potential.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 AM – 5 PM

The right candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One year of previous experience selling medical supplies preferred.
  • Experience in medical, health insurance, or DME is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

PAP Resupply Caller Responsibilities:

  • Makes outbound contact to established patients by phone, email, and text to place orders for provision of PAP therapy supplies.
  • Handles inbound calls, emails, and voicemails to generate PAP supply orders and handle customer service concerns.
  • Meet monthly required sales goals.
  • Requests and evaluates required medical documents from patients’ healthcare providers to ensure accuracy of PAP supply orders.
  • Works with health insurance companies to confirm patient benefits and authorization requirements.
  • Submits documentation for supply orders to be reviewed prior to billing process.
  • Strives to reach a minimum sales performance standard every month.
  • Uses an in-house software system to update patient records and to create PAP supply orders.
  • Reviews and rectifies any errors on previous PAP supply orders.
