Position Overview

We're looking for an organized and motivated Entry-Level Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our day-to-day operation. The Entry Level Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of our company by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring workflow efficiency. You'll assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, EDI, and communication across teams to ensure that every part of the import, inventory, order, and distribution processes run efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in business operations and develop organizational skill



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Assist with tracking and managing inventory across warehouses
  • Assist with order allocation, fulfillment, UCC-128 labels, work orders, and with issue resolution and coordination
  • Communicate with 3PL partners
  • Assist with the coordination of container delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Collaborate across all departments on operations related subjects
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, orders, and returns
  • Support the maintenance of standard operating procedures



Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft GP or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Familiarity with EDI and managed EDI services a plus (True Commerce)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience) a plus
  • Passion for the fashion industry and an eagerness to learn
