Job Description

This person is a customer-facing, meeting-scheduling, material-creating multi-tasker who is highly dedicated to helping people through the TalentSky product. The Customer Experience Analyst contributes to the TalentSky mission by assuring that each TalentSky enterprise customer is successfully on-boarded, trained, and given all the information they need to use TalentSky to its fullest potential. Contributes to ensuring successful enterprise adoption and reports to the Customer Experience Lead. In parallel, the Customer Experience Analyst serves as a main point of contact between TalentSky and its Clients, especially during the job analysis process. TalentSky, built on a foundation of Privacy by Design, is a next generation enterprise talent platform that delivers a standard language to connect the skill demand of employers to the career development of their workforce. The TalentSky Platform provides employers with real-time understanding of their workforce readiness, and helps people better navigate internal career development.
