Position Summary
The Clerk's primary responsibility is entering web service orders into the customer billing system. Accountable for individual performance indicators of productivity and accuracy. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential job function.
Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately entering in detail from service orders via multiple communication channels. Performing consistently to meet objectives and goals. Performing work and handle customers in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Performing other limited duties as assigned, including projects as needed.


Minimum Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience in a customer service environment required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in multiple computer systems.
  • Must be results oriented.
  • Good verbal and written skills required.
