Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to support daily administrative and data management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, verify, and update large volumes of data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries based on data entries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
  • Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and digital organization of documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in data management or office administration is a plus.
  • Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
