Our client is a well-established provider of commercial insurance solutions, offering businesses the coverage and protection they need to thrive. As a leader in their field, they are committed to delivering tailored insurance strategies that meet the unique needs of their clients across a variety of industries.
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Producer to join our client's growing team. This is a hunter-focused role designed for a self-starter who thrives on building their own book of business from the ground up. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing a targeted vertical market, and closing deals independently. This is a remote position with potential in-office collaboration available at their Edmonds location for those newer to the industry.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through outside sales activities and field work.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline independently, from initial outreach through deal closure.
  • Identify and develop a specific vertical market to focus business development efforts.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospective clients to assess their commercial insurance needs.
  • Present and close tailored commercial insurance solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Cultivate and leverage referral networks to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.

Qualifications
