Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate commercial insurance products. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, is a self-starter, and a willingness to learn commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients
  • Assess clients’ risk exposure and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present and explain policy options, coverage details, and premiums
  • Prepare and process insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements
  • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Provide ongoing account management and customer support
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
