Job description

AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for outgoing, motivated people who want to kickstart their career in sales while helping customers take care of their vehicles.

This is an active, face-to-face field sales position where you'll work directly with vehicle owners, identify their needs, explain available auto glass and hail damage services, and help guide them through the repair process.

No previous sales or automotive experience is required. We provide paid training, coaching, and the support you need to develop valuable sales, customer service, and automotive industry skills.

Compensation:

650-1000 Per Week


Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll:

  • Start conversations with vehicle owners in a friendly and professional way

  • Build relationships through face-to-face customer interactions

  • Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, and hail damage

  • Ask questions to understand each customers needs

  • Explain auto glass repair, replacement, and hail damage service options

  • Help customers navigate insurance information and the claims process

  • Answer questions and handle customer concerns or objections with confidence

  • Turn customer conversations into scheduled repair and replacement appointments

  • Provide professional customer service throughout the process

  • Represent the AGC Auto Glass brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals

  • Participate in training and coaching to continue developing your skills
