Job Summary: Conicelli Autoplex is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in used car sales, inventory management, and team leadership. This role is crucial in maximizing profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient operation of the used car sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of used vehicles to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Conduct regular assessments of inventory levels and adjust strategies as needed to optimize stock.
  2. Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the used car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
