We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Associate that supports Goodwill's online sales operations by assisting with the preparation, listing, and fulfillment of secondhand goods sold through listing software and digital marketplaces such as ShopGoodwill, eBay, The RealReal, and other platforms. This role plays a key part in maximizing the value of donated goods while ensuring quality standards, asset protection, and efficient order fulfillment.

The Awesome Things You'll Do
  • Photograph merchandise in accordance with eCommerce quality and brand standards
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment while consistently meeting daily production goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist with listing preparation, quality assurance, and product presentation
  • Sort, clean, identify, and prepare donated items for photography and online sale
  • Pull, fill, shelve, and rotate merchandise as needed
  • Support packing, shipping, and fulfillment of eCommerce orders
  • Assist shipping staff with inquiries and order-related needs
  • Help extract the highest possible value from items through proper handling, selling and presentation to the end customers
  • Safeguard company property, including donated goods and equipment
  • Protect business assets and report incidents of theft or unauthorized possession
  • Maintain organized and accurate shelving and storage areas
  • Promote teamwork by sharing knowledge and cooperating with colleagues
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and sensitivity
  • Follow all safety rules, company policies, and procedures at all times
  • Work overtime as required
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Activities are subject to change / be added to meet business needs with management approval.
Our Must Haves
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to operate a digital phone (Android or Apple)
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Schedule 9-5 Monday-Friday; but overtime could become Saturday shifts instead of one weekday
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Special Working Conditions
  • This is a production environment where long periods of standing are required up to 8 hours daily.
