Title: General Warehouse Worker
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: $16.50 / hour
Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Solon
 
 
POSITION SUMMARY: Position will help with various general warehouse activities.    
 
QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • History of strong job attendance and commitment
  • 3 months or more of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with scanners, inventory software, work orders a plus but not required
  • Capable of heavy lifting, 50+ pounds at times
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions  
  • Safety conscious
  • Good team player  
  • Backgrounds: no felony theft, violence, or drug related charges; other background issues are considered on a case by case basis
 
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English - fluent 
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math

  • Standing, walking – 95%. Sitting – 5%.
