About The Role

The Seasonal E-Commerce Associate supports Mine & Yours' online business during the busy holiday season. This role helps manage increased order volume, product publishing, inventory flow, and customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our customers.


This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.


What You'll Do

Order Fulfillment & Operations

  • Pull, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure every order reflects the Mine & Yours luxury unboxing experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product care in BOH areas.
  • Support inventory transfers, tagging, and product movements.
  • Flag shipping delays, missing products, or inventory discrepancies.


Product Content & Merchandising

  • Prepare new products for product description automation and publishing.
  • Ensure products are accurately tagged and categorized.
  • Identify unshot or unpublished products and flag for prioritization.


Customer Experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support order, shipping, and product inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with E-Commerce, Buying, Retail, and Studio teams to support product flow.
  • Support studio prep, inventory organization, and holiday campaigns as required.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and peak holiday volume.


Who You Are

  • Retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning and working with digital systems and e-commerce tools.
  • Interest in fashion or luxury retail is an asset.
  • Availability during peak holiday periods.
