Job description

We are hiring a LOGISTICS & E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE. This is a temp to perm position with opportunity of full-time hire for the right candidate.
Position Overview
The Wholesale Logistics Warehouse & E Commerce Associate supports daily warehouse operations while also assisting with e commerce order processing and maintaining online inventory accuracy. This role ensures efficient product flow, accurate stock management, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Primary Responsibilities (50% Logistics)
•Process orders from wholesale clients, following the routing guide to ensure compliance on each customer's shipping requirements
•Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate stock levels, and report discrepancies.
•Pick and prepare items for shipment based on daily order requirements.
•Pack orders securely, print labels, and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers.
•Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse tools (training provided if needed).
Secondary Responsibilities (50 % E-Commerce)
•Review incoming online orders, confirm product availability, and ensure timely fulfillment.
•Assist with updating product descriptions, photos, pricing, and stock levels on e commerce platforms.
•Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, or product availability.
•Handle customer calls, take orders, enter them into QuickBooks, and work with the team to process the goods
•Monitor and correct discrepancies between physical inventory and online listings.
•Provide daily or weekly updates on order volume, issues, and inventory concerns.
Qualifications
•Experience managing end-to-end logistics in a warehouse setting.
•Computer skills; familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Fashiongo etc.) is a must.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm 
Pay: $22-$28 depending on experience.
