About the Role


We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Representative to support new client acquisition while building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, communicating the value of client services, managing sales activity, and providing ongoing account support.


The ideal candidate is motivated to develop a career in sales and account management, communicates effectively, works well with a team, and is comfortable taking initiative and working toward performance goals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
  • Meet with business owners to discuss their telecom needs.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective accounts through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Use CRM systems to organize prospect information, manage sales activity, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Review account and prospect information to identify customer needs, address questions and objections, and identify appropriate sales opportunities.
  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of client products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and improve sales and account-management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity.
  • Work toward established individual and team performance goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to learn new products, services, CRM systems, and sales processes.

On-Target Earnings: $65,000–$85,000 per year

This is a performance-based position with earnings tied to individual sales performance and achievement of established goals. Actual earnings may vary based on performance.
