Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Shipping and Notary Associate. In this dual-purpose role, you will be the face of our storefront—expertly handling our core business needs including packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox management. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of service by providing on-site, official Notarial Services to our growing customer base.

The ideal candidate already possesses an active, valid state Notary Commission (or is fully qualified and willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire), exhibits outstanding communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Notary Public: Must hold an active, valid state Notary Public commission or meet all state legal requirements to successfully obtain one upon hire.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

  • Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency navigating standard computer software, POS systems, and basic internet applications.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours) and comfortably lift 40–50+ lbs consistently throughout the day.

  • Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays/weekends and seasonal peak holiday hours.
