Customer Success Associate

Finario is a fast growing Software-as-a-Service technology company providing a suite of intelligent capital planning & portfolio strategy solutions to leading industrial enterprises worldwide.

The Finario Customer Success team drives awareness, implementation and adoption of the Finario solution while working alongside our product, sales and engineering teams. Customer Success Associates help implement and support users of the Finario application by responding to functional and technical queries, consulting on capital investment best practices and how to best leverage the Finario platform to improve the management of Capex and drive improved business results.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial role in Finario’s customer success and implementation functions, while fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support - in a friendly and timely manner to help end-users with application questions and resolve problems.
  • Implementation - collaborate with Finario customers to define and implement new customer configuration requirements during onboarding. Manage implementations through steady state application use.
  • Training - improve existing training materials and tools to help customers, internal team members, and partner resources learn the Finario platform from both an implementation and end user standpoint.
  • Serve as a solution expert - educate users on our software platform.
  • Optimize customer application usage - drive user adoption and effective use of the Finario platform in order to optimize Capex management and drive better business results for customers.
  • Client Relationship Management - serve as the main point of contact to foster deeper value driven relationships with our customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-starter who is able to own the ongoing success of both large and small customers
  • Detail-oriented with strong track record of follow-through
  • Natural sense of curiosity and a desire to help people
  • Technical Skills connecting a building reports in a variety of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake)
  • API connectivity and querying (Open, RESTful)

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Previous SaaS and/or Consulting experience
  • Previous experience in a Implementation and/or Customer Success capacity
  • Previous experience developing training materials and delivering training
  • Exposure to deadline driven environments utilizing different project management tools
  • Enthusiasm for using and explaining the benefits of cloud technologies
  • Understanding of financial (budgeting, planning) and investment concepts such as ROI and NPV in a Capital Intensive industry
  • Sense of humor
