We're looking for an E-Commerce Account Associate to manage and optimize our Amazon storefront from our local Georgetown office. You'll own day-to-day marketplace logistics, listing performance, and account health - a hands-on role perfect for an execution-focused specialist who thrives in an active, collaborative environment and enjoys taking real ownership of storefront operations.


What You'll Do


Account Maintenance. Monitor our Amazon Seller Central account daily, ensuring strict compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and performance metrics.


Listing Management & Optimization. Build, update, and maintain high-quality product listings; execute keyword research for clean, SEO-focused descriptions; and manage listing variations and mergers.


Content Implementation. Partner with our internal Marketing team to develop A+ content and storefront modules, providing clear creative briefs and managing execution.


Ad Strategy Collaboration. Work alongside our E-Commerce Manager, Marketing team, and third-party ad partners to align on campaign products, target keywords, and listing readiness.


Issue Resolution. Lead troubleshooting on storefront issues, opening and managing tickets through Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry to resolve blocks quickly.


Reporting. Maintain weekly and monthly sales metrics, reviewing performance data directly with the E-Commerce Director.


Cross-Training. Learn and support other marketplace platforms (such as Shopify and Walmart) to provide backend coverage for the department as needed.

Must-Haves
