eLearning Developer

Location: New York, NY
Duration: 8 Weeks (Potential Extension Available)
Schedule: 35 Hours/Week | Monday - Friday

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of engaging online learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design experience and expertise in eLearning development tools, multimedia content creation, and learning management systems.

Required Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules and online training programs.
  • Create engaging instructional content using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Develop microlearning content, training videos, and multimedia learning solutions.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshooting of learning modules.
  • Upload and maintain content within learning management systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective training solutions.
  • Design training materials including manuals, flyers, brochures, graphics, and learning resources.
  • Conduct testing across multiple browsers and platforms and implement required updates.
  • Support instructional design initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational training standards and requirements.
Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of eLearning Development or Instructional Design experience.
  • Experience developing interactive online learning content.
