Job description

Duties:

  • Design, develop and implement system-wide e-learning and instruction design solutions in support of NYC Health + Hospitals’ learning and development strategies and maintain regulatory compliance with the creation and provision of system-wide mandated in-service modules.
  • Provide e-learning focused instructional design in the conception, design, development, implementation and quality assurance of system-wide online learning solutions
  • Develop and implement interactive design solutions using course authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Studio, Adobe Captivate and Photoshop, and Audacity.
  • Participate in the development of appropriate instructional support tools to continuously update internal resources on emerging technologies that are relevant to the NYC Health + Hospitals’ learning initiatives and offerings.
  • Develop and design microlearning and videos.
  • Develop and design eye catching training related material, such as flyers, manuals, cover pages and graphics for brochures, training catalog.
  • Complete the testing process of modules via the test site and upload to PeopleSoft ELM.

Skills:

  • 2 years relevant experience with working Knowledge of  Captivate, Camtasia, and/or Articulate Storyline.•
