Job description

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Course Developer with expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Gas Turbine engineering concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging digital learning content while collaborating with global engineering and training teams. This role requires the ability to transform complex technical information into interactive and effective e-learning modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Create engaging training content, simulations, assessments, and multimedia learning experiences.
  • Convert technical engineering and gas turbine-related concepts into learner-friendly digital content.
  • Manage course publishing, deployment, and tracking through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop training solutions.
