Title: eLearning Designer/Developer

Location: New York City, NY-10036

Duration: 9 month (may extend)


Pay-rate: $30/hour on W2


Manager's Note:

The eLearning Designer/Developer creates highly engaging self-paced, on-demand courseware for internal/external clients worldwide.

The Designer/Developer participates in the scripting and evaluation of training materials, ensuring they complement the overall Frontline training strategy. 

Responsibilities: 

Design, write & develop world-class eLearning modules and courseware based on workflow and business requirements 

Propose creative solutions to designing eLearning offerings that are relevant, engaging and effective for our internal/external clients. 

Continuously build personal knowledge of eLearning, training & technology trends 

Ability to Convert scripts into on-demand learning deliverables using Adobe Captivate and Adobe eLearning Suite is desirable 

Significant, demonstrable skill with designing and developing elearning scripts.
