Position: eLearning Developer

Location: New York, NY 10041

Job Type: Contract

Contract: 8 Weeks with potential extension

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 35

Pay Range: $1,500 - $1,800 per week


Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer for a contract opportunity in New York, NY. This role will support enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining engaging e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with instructional design, multimedia development, video production, and learning management systems.


Responsibilities

โ€ข Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions.

โ€ข Create interactive online learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and related authoring tools.

โ€ข Develop engaging microlearning content, videos, and digital training resources.

โ€ข Produce training materials including manuals, flyers, brochures, graphics, and learning guides.

โ€ข Perform quality assurance testing of e-learning modules across multiple browsers and platforms.

โ€ข Upload, manage, and maintain learning content within PeopleSoft ELM.

โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and develop effective training solutions.

โ€ข Incorporate emerging learning technologies and best practices into instructional design strategies.

โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design issues identified during testing.

โ€ข Support organizational compliance and workforce development training initiatives.

Requirements

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree required.

โ€ข Minimum 2 years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design.

โ€ข Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate.

โ€ข Experience creating interactive learning content and multimedia training materials.

โ€ข Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

โ€ข Strong graphic design and content development skills.

โ€ข Experience testing and deploying learning modules.

โ€ข Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications

โ€ข Experience with PeopleSoft ELM.

โ€ข Experience with Camtasia, Photoshop, and Audacity.

โ€ข Background in video production and editing.

โ€ข Experience developing microlearning content.

โ€ข Healthcare industry experience preferred.

โ€ข Experience supporting enterprise learning and workforce development initiatives.
