A DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Manager oversees daily operations for a third-party company that contracts with services like Amazon to manage delivery drivers and ensure efficient package delivery. DSP Managers also track key performance indicators (KPIs), solve logistical challenges, and maintain customer satisfaction. Summary: Monitors and supports work of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Schedules and delegates work and responsibilities. Provides personal care services and participates in implementation of program/treatment plans for individuals served by the program.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Â
Directly supervises up to 10 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities under the direction of the Direct Support Professional Manager, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience: Â
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree or higher preferred. Six months direct care experience and/or training required. Two years supervisory experience preferred. May substitute associate or bachelor's degree in related field for one year of supervisory experience. CNA preferred.
