  • Manage DSP onboarding, qualification review, and operational approval processes
  • Establish and maintain DSP operational standards, policies, and governance procedures
  • Monitor and manage DSP KPI performance, including delivery quality, service levels, timeliness, and operational compliance
  • Develop and enforce DSP penalty and accountability mechanisms
  • Conduct DSP operational audits and compliance reviews
  • Lead DSP training programs and operational policy communication
  • Manage DSP performance evaluations and ranking systems
  • Implement underperformance management and elimination processes when necessary
  • Support DSP pricing management, rate evaluation, and operational cost control
  • Monitor customer service quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, safety, and finance teams to optimize DSP management processes
  • Support peak season DSP capacity planning and operational stability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, vendor management, or last-mile delivery operations
  • Strong understanding of DSP operations, carrier management, and logistics service quality control
  • Experience managing operational KPIs, compliance programs, and vendor performance
