Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in daily operations and client care.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of DSP staff.
