Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor – Full Time

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • On-Call: Every other weekend

  • Provide compassionate, person‑centered support to individuals in a residential setting
  • Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) + proof of insurance
  • Willingness to drive agency vehicles
  • Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
  • CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
