Residential Services Manager (DSP Supervisor / IDD)

ABiLITY is hiring Residential Services Manager to lead an Independent Supported Living home supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
This role is ideal for experienced Direct Support Professionals or human services professionals ready to grow into leadership.
This is a single-site managerial role.
What Youโll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals
- Maintain full oversight of one residential location, including team performance, scheduling, and service quality
- Oversee daily operations within your assigned residential home
- Ensure quality care, health, safety, and state and agency compliance standards are met
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain 24/7 coverage
- Provide direct support as needed to support your team
Schedule & Expectations
- Primarily MondayโFriday, 8:00 AM โ 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
- Flexibility is required based on program needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
- Participation in on-call rotation approximately every 4โ5 weeks (with additional stipend)
- Occasional opportunities for additional hours based on staffing or operational needs
- Assigned to one primary location
- Hybrid flexibility available for administrative tasks, when appropriate
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $23.00/hour
- On-call stipend provided
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate for work-related travel
- Paid holidays (administrative office closed)
What Weโre Looking For
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred
- Valid driverโs license, state minimum auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Training & Certifications (Company-Paid)
- Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
- CPR / First Aid / AED
- Crisis Prevention (CPI/NVCI)
- Relias DSP Training Program
