Core Duties
Document Processor is part of our Print Shop team which provides back-office support for our clients. The Print Shop is responsible for ensuring our print and mail production operation is completed each day which includes scanning, faxing, mailing, and other services. Work assigned and performed needs to be completed accurately, in a timely fashion, and delivered with high quality.
  • Operation of mail production equipment such as mail inserters and mail postage meters
  • Print and track electronic files using specialized software
  • Use other specialized software programs and equipment
  • Performing a wide variety of routine mail production activities
  • Operation of office equipment; lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 60 lbs
  • General administrative and office duties such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails
  • Check printed documents for accuracy
  • Scan and log incoming customer mail
  • Communicate and coordinate with remote staff
  • Log and track information
  • Prepare items for shipping
  • Keep equipment and work/supply areas stocked and organized
  • Additional tasks as assigned
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good math / language / reading skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong experience with computers, computer skills, Microsoft Office, email, and PDF files
  • Experience working with office or mailroom equipment (e.g., printers/copiers, postage meters, folder/inserters, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to work well in high energy work environment and ability to adjust to changing priorities/tasks
  • Good communication skills including following written and verbal instructions

Working Conditions

  • Full-time Monday through Friday shift:
