Job description

The Full-Time Documentation Processor will be responsible for reviewing client submissions for errors and omissions, and submitting applications for all types of Federal Government Documentation for users via the industry-leading online application portal for Federal Government Documentation services.

Job functions will include, but are not limited to, data entry, PDF manipulation, and maintaining email correspondence. Additional administrative duties will include communicating directly with applicants, communicating with the federal government, maintaining information through secure cloud servers, and accessing physical hard files.

Position will also provide support and guidance to telephone agents charged with assisting new clients. Additional administrative duties will include collating files, and general office accounting. May perform other duties as assigned.

APPLICANTS SOUGHT: Applicants must be available to work in office in the Chino, CA area. Applicants must be well-versed and proficient in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, PDF manipulation, and Microsoft Office software. Applicants must work well in a team environment, and independently. We maintain a fast-paced, high energy environment, applicants must be highly energetic, flexible, and work well within a fast-growing environment.
