Job description

Founded in 1945, Factory Motor Parts is an industry leader in distributing after-market OEM automotive parts for some of the world's top automotive brands. Our business caters to automotive repair shops, fleets, and dealerships. Our ONALASKA, WI location has an immediate need for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and highly-motivated Warehouse Assistant .
This is a FULL TIME position, Monday - Friday + rotating Saturdays from 9:00am - 6:00pm.
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for overall routing, scheduling, and coordinating of customer orders and deliveries. This includes providing exceptional customer service via phone or in-person, processing orders, monitoring delivery volumes, dispatching delivery drivers, and resolving delivery issues.
Sr. Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
  • Must have warehouse and delivery driving experience. Dispatching experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Understanding of the geographic area or ability to follow a map / GPS.
  • Good communication and people skills; ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
  • Willingness to complete and pass a background and drug screening process.
