Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations across all departments including sales, dispatch, inventory, and logistics. This full-time, hourly position involves executing complex operational projects, resolving daily challenges, and providing cross-location support needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proficient in MAM Warehouse Management System (MAM WMS) procedures, and capable of operating all warehouse equipment safely. Typical hours are Monday through Friday with occasional extended hours for special projects or business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an operational liaison between warehouse teams and branch management to ensure smooth coordination and execution of daily activities
  • Process customer sales and returns in compliance with company policies
  • Perform and support all core warehouse operations including, receiving, picking, staging, stocking, transfers, and returns.
  • Adjust inventory quantities to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Support dispatch functions to coordinate timely and accurate deliveries
  • Conduct inventory spot counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries, transfers, or other approved business purposes
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized branch environment
  • Provide cross-functional coverage and support during periods of high volume or staff absence.
  • Collaborate with stocking and operations teams to optimize inventory storage
  • Assist with branch expansion, reorganization, or modification of warehouse shelving and racking projects
  • Support branch-level and regional operational initiatives, including process improvement and problem-solving efforts
  • Travel periodically to other warehouse locations to assist with setup, operations, or project execution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED or equivalent years of experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations
  • Proven proficiency with warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers (must be trained and certified)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including MAM WMS and spreadsheet proficiency
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions
  • Demonstrated alignment with DRIVE Core Values and HEMI Leadership Values
