The Big Task of a Residential & Commercial Service Dispatcher
Your mission is to connect the right technician with the right job at the right time. You’ll manage schedules, optimize routes, and provide real-time support to ensure both our customers and team members have a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch the best-suited technician to each job based on location, skillset, and opportunity
  • Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency and responsiveness
  • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff—must enjoy being on the phone with both clients and techs
  • Maintain respectful and positive relationships with team members and clients
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager(s), Call Center Lead, and Warehouse Coordinator
  • Identify and escalate service issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Utilize CRM software (ServiceTitan preferred) to track schedules and job details
  • Participate in training and development to continuously grow your skills
  • Support the coordination team with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Team

  • 2–4 years of dispatching experience in a trades or service company preferred
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the Milwaukee metro area and surrounding service zones
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities

  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
