Position Type: Part-Time, 20-35+ Hours every other weekend shifts required.
Pay: $14.00
Dispatcher for our Portage Shared Ride Service
Operation Hours:
Monday-Friday 5:00am-10:00pm
Saturday and Sundays 7:00am-7:00pm

2835 Smith Rd
Portage, WI 53901
This part-time position offers flexible hours throughout the week, as our operation is 7 days a week. This is an opportunity to have a vital role in our operation. Duties include but are not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, and working with drivers to confirm routing and times. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing changes/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatch systems for operational purposes.
This is an opportunity to carry out working plans and systems that contribute to safe, on-time and consistent service to our customers!
  • Qualifications Ability to work effectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal, are preferred.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs.
  • Prior experience in a dispatching and customer service role preferred.
  • Dispatchers must successfully pass a company sponsored pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
