Duties include but are not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, and working with drivers to confirm routing and times. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing changes/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatch systems for operational purposes.
