Halron Lubricants a trusted Lubricant distributor of over 98+ years' experience with locations in Green Bay, WI Rapids, Madison and Milwaukee is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized Bulk Dispatch Assistant to support our dispatch and logistics operations in Green Bay. Our service area includes Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order processing, delivery reconciliation, route coordination, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities

Order Management Review customer orders for accuracy prior to processing.Verify orders are rechecked before truck loading.Help identify and prevent customer order errors.Communicate potential inventory shortages and out-of-stock situations proactively.Work closely with Purchasing to support inventory control efforts.Dispatch Support Assist with coordinating and scheduling bulk fluid deliveries to maximize route efficiency and customer satisfaction.Support the Dispatch Supervisor in managing daily delivery operations.Ensure delivery expectations are met regarding paperwork, delivery processes, and quality standards.Reconcile delivery documentation daily to ensure accurate customer invoicing.Collaborate with inventory management, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to support timely deliveries and inventory accuracy.Assist with monitoring driver compliance with DOT, federal, state, and local regulations.Help track driver performance and support training initiatives for new and existing drivers.Serve as backup to the Dispatch Supervisor when needed.Customer Support Provide backup support to the customer service team regarding delivery information and order status.Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
