DUTIES: Provide technical leadership in collaborating with business and domain owners on product and technical roadmaps for both cross-domain and intra-domain software development initiatives; conduct supply/demand analysis using resource planning and management; maintain and adjust roadmaps throughout the quarter as changes occur; champion re-use of domain platform and target architecture across technical domains; partner with delivery teams to refine MVP (minimum viable product) definitions including de-hydration (strategic reductions in scope); support hand-off of business requirements into technical requirements with solution architects and project managers; work with delivery teams to identify opportunities and backlog of features for future releases; present scope clarifications and team/system impacts to help domains based on their available domain capacity for the period (quarter); lead presentations and tailor messaging to the specific audience; translate methodology and technical subject matter into presentations and communicate concepts clearly and concisely; leverage recent or expected business performance when generating roadmap scope, tying them back to company and project goals and objectives; identify systems required and offer multiple options to support business requirements; and develop project planning, partnering with delivery leaders to plan scope increments, and consult with team members on scope prioritization and trade-offs based estimated delivery plans. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS: Nine (9) years of experience performing technical product and project management; of which seven (7) years include experience in the wireless (mobile) telecommunications industry analyzing, developing, and testing systems architecture using Amdocs OSS/BSS system; using any of the following project management software tools: Smartsheet, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent; organizing and analyzing data sets using Excel, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or equivalent; of which five (5) years include using JIRA or Rally to build software development roadmaps; working with Agile Scrum methodologies; and working with any of the following technologies in the sales, ordering, and distribution domains as a developer, business analyst, or quality assurance tester: databases (such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or any other database) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, SFDC, or any other ERP system).

The employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and seven (7) years of experience performing technical product and project management; experience in the wireless (mobile) telecommunications industry analyzing, developing, and testing systems architecture using Amdocs OSS/BSS system; using any of the following project management software tools: Smartsheet, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent; organizing and analyzing data sets using Excel, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or equivalent; of which five (5) years include using JIRA or Rally to build software development roadmaps; working with Agile Scrum methodologies; and working with any of the following technologies in the sales, ordering, and distribution domains as a developer, business analyst, or quality assurance tester: databases (such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or any other database) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, SFDC, or any other ERP system).
