MCCF Outbound Fulfillment Tech (Shipping & Delivery Tech) is responsible for the tech stack and product capabilities enabling seamless outbound order fulfillment and delivery - from generating accurate delivery promises shown to merchants and shoppers at order confirmation, to shipping orders, to facilitating real-time order tracking. As a Software Development Manager on the MCCF Outbound team, you'll lead technical strategy for a system operating at massive scale - processing tens of millions of units annually across a rapidly expanding merchant ecosystem - while maintaining exceptional reliability and near-continuous availability across all integration interfaces. Your architectural decisions directly impact developer and integration experience across EDI, REST, and GraphQL channels serving a merchant base that spans independent brands, global marketplaces, and enterprise retailers.
You'll build highly-available, low-latency, tier-1 software across order orchestration, API infrastructure, and multi-tenant architecture - while partnering closely with merchant operations, fulfillment, and platform teams
