Program Overview
We provide an array of quality mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Our multidisciplinary staff provide quality treatment of anxiety disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, behavioral disorders, conduct problems in children and teens as well as stress management, and many other mental health issues. These services are provided in a positive, respectful, and non-judgmental setting to people of all ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds
Position Overview
  • The Program Manger is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide support and assistance as needed to team.
  • Responsibilities include recruiting, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties.
  • Ability to be on-call 24/7 to provide support to staff and provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Provides direction to Quality Mental Health Specialists based on the treatment model which includes weekly management of the group supervision process by direct case review, oversees the treatment planning process, case management, and case progress. Attends consultation and follows up on recommendations.
  • Provides support to help manage case managers duties and responsibilities. Provides case coverage as needed.
  • Reviews and approves promptly clinical and organizational documentation (i.e. mileage, timecards etc.) completed by their direct reports for the purpose of quality assurance and performance improvement.
  • Payroll and HR duties
  • Recommend, monitor, and enforce administrative policies and procedures while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Office management
  • Develop administrative operations budget information and monitor staff hours utilization and program expenditures.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree. Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or clinical psychology preferred.
  • Proven experience as program director or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software
  • Business acumen with a strategic ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clinical licensure is preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
