Position Title: Account Manager
Position Summary
The Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for daily requisition management and facilitating contingent labor fills for Staff Augmentation and Statement of Work for the client using the client's Vendor Management System (VMS) and acting as the Managed Service Provider (MSP). The AM will build strong, strategic partnerships with the client and will represent Monument Consulting to better understand and deliver on Hiring Manager (HM) needs, ensuring the solutions provided are in the best interest of the business and our clients. The AM will be consultative to the client hiring manager and vendors to solve unique scenarios in the staffing of contingent labor. One of the goals will be to provide the vendors with relevant data and insights to optimize both the customer and Supplier experiences, creating a best-in-class MSP program. 10-15% travel.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with Hiring Managers and Business Line Leaders (Directors and above) within the client's organization
  • Build strong relationships with Supplier partners
  • Network within Monument Consulting Account Management and other departments

Service
  • Responsible for meeting with business leaders and hiring managers to identify resourcing needs and determine sourcing strategy.
  • Provide guidance around worker classification.
  • Plan and run HM and Supplier intake sessions to ensure job descriptions and additional skills, soft skills, etc. have been well communicated within the VMS job description
  • Responsible for the proactive requisition fulfillment management and hold individuals responsible for moving candidates through the process and selection for hire
  • Review candidates and determine which candidates are most qualified to the requirement to shortlist to the hiring manager
  • Has a thorough understanding of the business landscape, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitors changes in the marketplace to make recommendations and lead the client in hiring decisions
  • Focus on continuous improvement of daily service and delivery by identifying and implementing system and process efficiencies
  • Manage and hold suppliers accountable to ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Conduct client and vendor training on program requirements/processes
  • Mange work and deliverables in compliance with program Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Participate in delivering client EBR's including but not limited to analyzing data, making recommendations, and outlining deliverables to meet desired outcome
  • Train HMs and Suppliers on program utilization and policies

Supplier Partnership
  • Cultivate a solid working relationship with our vendor partners, creating an environment of shared trust and innovation by participating in Supplier Scorecard Reviews and Supplier Round Tables
  • Coordinate HM and Supplier calls to allow Suppliers to ask HMs questions and get additional details for requisitions
  • Conduct Vendor user training on program rules of engagement
  • Negotiate with vendors as required
  • Conduct/Participate in Supplier Scorecard Sessions
  • Contribute to vendor rationalization strategies
  • Lead/consult worker audits and remediation with vendors
  • Initiate and complete onboarding, tracking, and documentation for new vendors utilizing the Program Manager or Program Director to resolve redlines

Additional Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks - prioritization, planning and delegation
  • Strong communication, facilitation, relationship management, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a firm grasp of the strategic implications of key industry trends and developments
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to "think on your feet"
  • Ability to generate some insights from business metricsDelivery focused, highly organized, strong ability to work well with others

Qualifications
  • 3+ years Staffing Experience
  • Prefer 1+ years MSP-VMS experience
  • Strong understanding of the difference between Staff Aug and SOW Workers.
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service

Pay Range
USD $53,000.00 - USD $58,000.00 /Yr.
