Atrium is seeking a Global Executive Program Director to lead a flagship one of its kind Managed Services Program for one of the world's largest marketing and communications organizations.  

This is a highly strategic and operationally complex role responsible for the end-to-end leadership, performance, and evolution of a global contingent workforce program spanning multiple regions, capabilities, and delivery models.  

As the global program lead, you will serve as the single point of accountability for program success, overseeing all aspects of delivery, financial performance, client partnership, and global orchestration. You will lead a distributed team of 17+ professionals across North America and EMEA, with a centralized operational hub in Columbus, OH.  

This role requires a balance of executive presence, operational rigor, and transformation leadership, ensuring the program scales effectively while continuously evolving to meet the client's strategic workforce needs. 

Responsibilities

Global Program Leadership & Orchestration 

  • Own and lead the program day-to-day, ensuring consistent execution, governance, and performance across all regions globally
  • Establish and maintain global operating standards, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Orchestrate delivery across a hub-and-spoke model, anchored in Columbus, OH with regional leadership in North America and EMEA
  • Serve as the central leader aligning service delivery, account management, and operations functions under a unified strategy  

Client Partnership & Executive Engagement 

  • Act as the primary executive partner to stakeholders, with a strong relationship to the Global Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)
  • Lead all Executive Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and long-term roadmap discussions
  • Provide strategic advisory on workforce optimization, program expansion, and operating model evolution
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across procurement, HR, finance, and business units 

Financial & Commercial Ownership 

  • Support the program's P&L, including revenue performance, margin optimization, and cost management
  • Identify and drive opportunities for program expansion, value creation, and commercial growth
  • Ensure financial discipline across all aspects of delivery, including vendor management, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency 

Operational Excellence & Delivery Oversight 

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of MSP, EOR, and AOR services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, compliance standards, and client expectations
  • Drive operational consistency across regions while allowing for market-specific nuances
  • Lead resolution of complex escalations related to payroll, worker classification, compliance, and program performance
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and insights to support client decision-making 

Global Team Leadership 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team (17+) across service delivery, account management, and operations
  • Partner with regional leads (North America, EMEA) to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance
  • Build a strong, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and client success
  • Oversee organizational design and resource planning to support program growth 

Transformation, Innovation & Expansion 

  • Support and execute the global program roadmap, including new capability launches and market expansion
  • Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and service models
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements
  • Drive expansion into new regions and capabilities in alignment with client strategy 

Compliance, Risk & Governance 

  • Serve as operational compliance lead, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, classification standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong governance across payroll, onboarding, classification, and vendor engagement processes
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure audit readiness and defensible program operations at all times

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, MSP, staffing, or workforce solutions leadership
  • Proven success managing large-scale, global programs with multi-region delivery models
  • Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership and financial performance management
  • Strong understanding of worker classification, employment law, and global compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams at scale
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Experience driving transformation, change management, and program expansion initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit at a desk for a long period of time. 
  • Ability to commute to our Westerville, OH office on a hybrid schedule. 
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 
  • Relevant professional experience, demonstrated skills, and a track record of success will be considered in place of a degree.
