Practice Management Technician

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing basic support through email, Teams, an assigned ticketing system and virtual meetings, on the practice management system and integrated products.

This position requires residing in one of the following greater metropolitan areas:

  • Nashville, TN
  • Boise, ID
  • Seattle, WA
  • Portland, OR

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Work at home, remotely. Work in local practices as needed.ย 
  • Full time, salary position, including benefits
  • Monitor and response to Teams, tickets and emails
  • Processing office support tickets placed through the Endo Vision ticketing system
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Working together with other departments, including IT Department, Regional Directors, Payable Accounts, Revenue Cycle Management, and Marketing.
  • Monthly tickets average between 500 to 800 tickets

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review ticketing system, Teams and email and resolve issues from end users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Product Manager
  • Attend, participate and potentially lead Endo Vision CE classes
  • Understand converted data and onboarding process for new offices
  • Educate and implement new product features
  • Actively follow up with offices after an onboarding
  • Follow all SOPs regarding ledger corrections and adjustments
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed during troubleshooting
  • Escalate unresolved third-party vendor issues to Product Manager
  • Participate in special projects as needed with other EPP Teams
  • Respond positively and professionally to tickets, teams, emails and training
  • The ability to train end users on basics in admin, clinical and higher functions
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive data, working as a representative of EPP LLC
  • Maintain and uphold prescribed security protocols as a representative of EPP LLC

  • Knowledge of 3rd party software: Bomgar, Revenue Well, Dexis, Carestream, EDS Dental Services, ePrescribe
  • Key characteristics: patience, good listener, customer service mindset, independent, motivated

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in dental practice; equivalent education and/or experience will be considered
  • 1-2 years of experience with HS One specialty software; equivalent education and/or experience will be considered
  • Preferred qualifications: Endo Vision experience
  • Preferred qualifications: customer service history

Occasionally may include:

  • Onsite assistance with larger group practices onboarding
  • Travel to the TN Support Center for team meetings
  • Expected travel is around 4-6 times/year for up to 1 week at a time
