About the Position:

The Director of Clinic Operations provides operational and financial leadership for ambulatory services across primary care and specialty care clinics. This position collaborates with medical staff, clinic managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinic operations, improve patient access, enhance quality outcomes, and achieve financial and strategic goals. This position integrates clinical insight, operational leadership, and population health strategies to deliver efficient, innovative, and value-based care.

What we are looking for:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience required, preferably in ambulatory or clinic operations.
  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MSN, or related) preferred.
  • Experience leading primary care and specialty clinic operations preferred.
  • Experience within a Rural Health Clinic, Critical Access Hospital, or rural healthcare environment preferred.
